Energy Audit Procedure
Our audit is aimed at improving the energy efficiency & operating cost of your facility and aligning current parameters with industry benchmarks.

Step 1-
A complete survey of the compressed air facility will be conducted by us, detailing the current energy consumption and machine operation happening then. Measuring and monitoring is done using all appropriate instrumentation.

Step 2 –
Exhaustive audit is carried out on the facility by an experienced auditor, who evaluates the current consumption of compressed air & energy in the plant against the set industry benchmarks. In depth analysis is done.

Step 3 –
Recommendations are made on the basis of the auditor’s findings. The detailed report includes low cost/no cost measures and any proposal needing capital expenditure along with interesting RoI.

Step 4 –
We could help you implement these findings and convert them into energy savings, only at your request.
